Mihajla Pupina 10D lokal 58vp, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms of service ("Terms of Service" or “Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by these terms of use, please exit the Service now and do not use any of the services. Your remedy for dissatisfaction with ManageFB or any services is to stop using the Service and/or those particular services.

Your agreement with us regarding compliance with these Terms of Service becomes effective immediately upon accepting the Terms of Service at the end of your registration process.

Violation of any of the Terms below will result in the suspension or termination of your account without a right to any refund if you have subscribed to any of the Service.

ManageFB is a set of generic application for fan page admins that enables editing and publishing in short period of time.

2. Protection mechanisms
Application are intended to serve for offering interesting content to fans and they do not include advanced mechanisms for protection from fake users or frauds.

3. Content provided by user
In these Terms the content on the Site, including all information, data, logos, marks, designs, graphics, pictures, sound files, other files, and their selection and arrangement, is called “Content.” Content provided by Users is called “User Content.” User Content remains the property of the User. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS


To register for the services, you must be 13 years old or older, provide your legal name, a valid email address and as a facebook user you have to agree with facebook statement of rights and responsibilities (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms).

When registering for an account on the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PAYMENT

Fees and any other charges for the use of the Service are described on the Website at: http://www.ManageFB.com/ . Fees may change from time to time. If we change them, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before implementing the change. If they do change, your continued use of the Service after the change indicates your agreement with the new fees and charges after the effective date of the change. Any change to fees and other charges will not be applicable to the billing period in which the change occurs. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the fees, if any, in any applicable jurisdiction.

Payment is due according to the terms set forth in ManageFB’s proposal or invoice. Any amount due not timely paid as set forth therein is overdue and will accrue interest in the manner set forth in the invoice or at the maximum rate allowed by law, if greater.

ManageFB is not responsible for the payment processing provided by any third party.
All costs associated with the access to the Service are the responsibility of customer.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS AND REFUNDS, COMPENSATION POLICY

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

All requests for refunds and compensations must be received by email or phone within 5 business days of the incident in question. The amount of compensation may not exceed the customer’s monthly recurring charge.

DOWNTIME

We are not responsible to any downtime caused by other companies like Internet Service Providers (ISPs) on which we can not interfere.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be considered in breach of its contractual duties under these Terms of Service or any proposal or invoice to the extent the performance of its obligations is prevented by an event beyond its control, including, without limitation war, rebellion, strikes, riot, insurrection, acts or threats of terrorism, or Acts of God (herein "force majeure events"). Inability to perform resulting from such a force majeure event shall not constitute abandonment and will not be in included in calculating any time frame for payment or performance.
